G’day, and welcome to our Western Australia chapter.

Lars, a true-blue Queenslander, and Shelley, who arrived in Australia from the UK almost thirty years ago, are here to share our love and knowledge of this magnificent country.

We’ve been travelling the world since 2017 and are now splitting our time between exploring our backyard, Western Australia, and the rest of the world.

We’ve bought a 4×4 here in Perth, Western Australia (Jan 2024), with a rooftop tent to venture further afield on a budget. We split our time in Western Australia between camping and housesitting.

We also own a 4×4 with a rooftop tent in Africa – it’s currently in storage in Maun, Botswana!

So, I guess we currently have two homes 😜
